They turned out pretty. I gave away 12 of these. I am uncertain as to whether they didn't like me or the cupcakes! In any-case, a rather cool reception. It did solidify in my thinking that I will not be going back to that particular group which I had not been to for several months. (Now I remember why!)
On the other hand, I had my daughter drop off some to two of my neighbors and they were thrilled. Well maybe not THRILLED but certainly appreciative.
What is today's lesson? Forgive those who lack fundamental manners and do not know how to be thankful and gracious! However do not give your time away to spend with people who do not have a basic appreciation and kindness toward you either.
